Olivia is passionate about developing the whole person so that they can become a confident all round performer and develop transferable skills for future careers outside the sector. She carefully chooses and checks assistants from her senior classes to help with the younger students and encourages them to train as teachers themselves when the time is right. Olivia is registered as a chaperone for Children in Performance by Rotherham Borough Council and is DBS checked. She also teaches for the Lords School of Dance in Sheffield.

Committed to her faith, Olivia believes in upholding the values of love and respect for yourself and all others through the school.  She is passionate about Jack's being an inclusive space where everyone is free to be themselves including but not limited to people on the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent spectrums and those of every ethnicity, religion and disability. In other words, whoever you are, you are welcome in this place just as you are.
